Chaque individu est unique et peut avoir des forces et des faiblesses en mati\u00e8re de leadership, ind\u00e9pendamment de sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUELLES SONT LES ATTENTES DES G\u00c9N\u00c9RATIONS X ET Y?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelles sont les diff\u00e9rentes perspectives des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations y et z sur le leadership?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles caract\u00e9ristiques et quels comportements consid\u00e8rent-elles comme \u00e9tant ceux d\u2019un leadership efficace?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles qualit\u00e9s recherchent-elles chez une ou un leader?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ont des attentes, qui refl\u00e8tent leurs valeurs et leurs exp\u00e9riences. Rejetant le style autoritaire en faveur de l\u2019inspiration et de l\u2019inclusivit\u00e9, elles privil\u00e9gient un environnement de travail respectueux et \u00e9galitaire. Elles valorisent fortement la sant\u00e9 mentale, la confiance, et les relations positives. Cette approche est influenc\u00e9e par leur volont\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019environnement de travail pour le rendre plus sain et plus humain.
