Il repose sur une \u00e9tude des nouveaux emplois ainsi que sur des entrevues men\u00e9es avec des \u00e9tudiantes et des \u00e9tudiants, des travailleuses et des travailleurs, du personnel enseignant et des employeurs de tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Quelles sont les grandes tendances d&rsquo;avenir du march\u00e9 du travail?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie,\u00a0<b>plus de 25\u00a0% des emplois au Canada<\/b>\u00a0seront radicalement transform\u00e9s par les nouvelles technologies. Cela signifie une\u00a0<b>refonte compl\u00e8te des comp\u00e9tences requises<\/b>\u00a0pour la moiti\u00e9 des emplois.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un contexte de changements technologiques rapides, les\u00a0<b>comp\u00e9tences techniques\u00a0<\/b><b>deviennent d\u00e9su\u00e8tes<\/b>\u00a0beaucoup plus vite.<\/li>\n<li>Les\u00a0<b>habilet\u00e9s num\u00e9riques<\/b>\u00a0seront incontournables pour tous les nouveaux emplois et\u00a0<b>l\u2019analyse des m\u00e9gadonn\u00e9es<\/b>\u00a0(<i>Big Data<\/i>) sera pr\u00e9sente dans tous les domaines.<\/li>\n<li>70\u00a0% des ouvertures de postes dans les quatre prochaines ann\u00e9es accorderont une grande importance aux habilet\u00e9s en\u00a0<b>math\u00e9matiques<\/b>, en\u00a0<b>calcul\u00a0<\/b>et en\u00a0<b>analyse quantitative<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Les comp\u00e9tences relationnelles et cognitives seront aussi sollicit\u00e9es\u00a0:\u00a0<b>l\u2019\u00e9coute active, la communication, l\u2019adaptation, la flexibilit\u00e9, la pens\u00e9e critique, le jugement et la prise de d\u00e9cision<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>La nouvelle norme consistera \u00e0\u00a0<b>changer de carri\u00e8re plusieurs fois au cours d\u2019une vie<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Pour faire face \u00e0 la transformation des m\u00e9tiers et des professions,\u00a0<b>la mobilit\u00e9 du personnel est valoris\u00e9e<\/b>.
