Il en d\u00e9termine alors les objectifs, les moyens, les lieux et les contenus.<\/li>\n<li>La plupart du\u00a0temps, cet apprentissage reste\u00a0<b>inconscient<\/b>. L\u2019un des objectifs est d\u2019amener l\u2019apprenant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper\u00a0<b>l\u2019intention d\u2019apprendre<\/b>\u00a0et une\u00a0<b>prise de conscience de ce qu\u2019il apprend\u00a0<\/b>pour qu\u2019il puisse\u00a0<b>s\u2019en souvenir<\/b>,\u00a0<b>l\u2019utiliser\u00a0<\/b>et\u00a0<b>le partager<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>En\u00a0<b>partageant<\/b>\u00a0ses apprentissages, il contribue \u00e0 la\u00a0<b>coconstruction des savoirs<\/b>\u00a0au sein de son \u00e9quipe et de son organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Comment soutenir l\u2019apprentissage informel au sein de l\u2019organisation?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Documenter<\/b>\u00a0les savoirs de l\u2019organisation et les rendre\u00a0<b>accessibles<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper les habilet\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>recherche d&rsquo;informations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place des\u00a0<b>activit\u00e9s de partage<\/b>\u00a0des apprentissages\u00a0<b>simples<\/b>\u00a0et\u00a0<b>continues<\/b>\u00a0: r\u00e9unions, communaut\u00e9 de pratiques, retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 la fin d\u2019un projet, forum de discussion, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Favoriser la\u00a0<b>mise en pratique\u00a0<\/b>dans des t\u00e2ches ou des projets.<\/li>\n<li>Miser sur un\u00a0<b>formateur d\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019informel<\/b>\u00a0dont le r\u00f4le sera de documenter les pratiques, de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux ressources, de favoriser les \u00e9changes et de minimiser les obstacles rencontr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Amener l\u2019apprenant \u00e0 se doter d\u2019un\u00a0<b>plan d\u2019apprentissage informel<\/b>\u00a0dans lequel il pr\u00e9cise ce qu\u2019il esp\u00e8re apprendre, pour quelles raisons et comment il pr\u00e9voit apprendre, exp\u00e9rimenter et partager ses nouveaux apprentissages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Le saviez-vous?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c9valuer l\u2019effet<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0de l\u2019apprentissage informel repr\u00e9sente tout un\u00a0<b>d\u00e9fi<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0puisqu\u2019il requiert de distinguer l\u2019impact de l\u2019apprentissage formel de l\u2019informel.
