De <strong>nouvelles formules de mentorat<\/strong> prennent forme, et c\u2019est le cas du mentorat invers\u00e9 qui consiste \u00e0 jumeler deux personnes qui pourront <strong>jouer \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le<\/strong> le mentor et le mentor\u00e9 selon les sujets abord\u00e9s, et ce, <strong>sans \u00e9gard \u00e0 leur \u00e2ge<\/strong>.
